Reward Pass ​

In addition to the gift cards, Tillo are able to offer a Virtual Mastercard product, called Reward Pass.

Issuing this product is a little different from gift cards and does require some personal information of the recipient as the programme is subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) rules.

The Reward Pass is available in the following currencies: AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP and USD.

Fulfilment ​

The normal process is for the Virtual Mastercard to be delivered to the end recipient via email. The email contains a link to a site where they can sign-in and manage their Virtual Mastercard.

After they've received the Virtual Mastercard, the recipient is also able to convert their virtual card in to a physical card, shipped to their home address (the cost of this is deducted from the balance of their card).

  • Redemption message
  • Carrier message - if the recipient chooses to convert their Virtual Mastercard to a physical Mastercard, this message is printed on the card carrier.
